Elevance Health Cares Memorial Scholarship Fund (a project of Elevance Health Cares Inc.)

In July 2018, 17 people lost their lives in a tragic boating accident in Branson, Missouri. Among them was Angiee Coleman, an Elevance Health FEP Indiana associate of 18 years, along with eight members of her family. In her memory, and to support the educational goals of families who have experienced a similar loss, the Elevance Health Foundation established the Elevance Health CARES Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Today, the scholarship program, part of Elevance Health CARES, helps children of Elevance Health associates who pass away during their employment pursue post-secondary education. Your support helps ease the financial burden of higher education and honors the legacy of associates by investing in their children's futures.

Since the program began, CARES has awarded 63 scholarships totaling nearly $200,000 in educational support.

The Elevance Health Foundation will match donations from Elevance Health associates 1:1 through the Dollars for Dollars program.
