Elevance Health Cares Memorial Scholarship Fund (a project of Elevance Health Cares Inc.)
by ELEVANCE HEALTH CARES, INCIn July of 2018, 17 people lost their lives in a tragic boating accident in Branson, Missouri. Among them were Elevance Health FEP Indiana associate of 18 years, Angiee Coleman and eight of her family members. Angiee was survived by one son. In her memory, and in order to support educational goals for families of Anthem associates who have lost their lives, Elevance Health Foundation has established the Elevance Health Cares Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The Fund serves as a measure of support for dependents of associates who have passed away while actively employed at Elevance Health, offering financial assistance for post-secondary education expenses. Elevance Health Foundation has seeded the Fund with a charitable contribution to launch this initiative. Those who want to contribute to the Fund can do so by clicking “Donate Now.” The Elevance Health Foundation will match donations made by Elevance Health Associates dollar for dollar.
